We were visiting the Dales from Hull and heard about this fabulous Butchery. The staff were brilliant - so friendly and helpful. We bought a variety of meat to try out and we have to say that what we have tasted so far has been absolutely delicious. The Lamb Rumps in particular are the very best we have ever tasted.
